Clino Trini Castelli (b. 1944), designer, artist, and design theorist, lives and works in Milan.

Internationally known for renewing the plastic languages applied to industrial products, he pursues the concept of "No-form," a term he coined to encapsulate an anti-compositional approach to form. This approach aims to transcend harmonious consonance and proportional balance in favor of "immanent" design, inherent in the essence of the object itself.

Throughout his career, Castelli has focused primarily on the more intangible aspects of representation, such as color and material, light and sound, highlighting the virtues of a sensory approach to design and art.

His work has been exhibited at leading international contemporary art institutions, including the Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein, the Triennale Museum in Milan, and the Centre Pompidou in Paris. He has received prestigious recognitions, including two ADI Compasso d'Oro awards and the AIC CADE Award in 2023/2024.
